OpenSpace is designed to have everything that a small business or freelance needs.
The office is light, quiet, warm, fully alarmed and very secure.
Access is available 24/7, with free on-street parking and a secure bike rack.
In March 2010 we opened our new Mezzanine floor, and now have 14 desks, with 12 reserved for full-time tenants and members, and 2 available for hot-deskers.
There's also a comfy sofa for those all-important breaks.
Included as standard are:

- Printing and Photocopying (paid for according to your usage)
- NAS data backup (Members only)

- A desk and chair!
- Kitchen facilities - fridge, kettle, sink, crockery (there's also the excellent Kim-by-the-Sea cafe next door)

- Telephone will dedicated number and phone manager software
- Extra storage space in a secure cage
