As a co-operative we can keep prices low and affordable. We don't have a landlord, OpenSpace members take on small management tasks and in return benefit from rent discounts. It gives us flexibility, independence and keeps accountability within the space.
We have a range of prices depending on how much you plan to use OpenSpace, the more time you’re here, the cheaper your daily rate.
Rent includes: a desk, high speed internet access, storage space and all bills.
You pay up front for the month and can adjust your tariff based on how much you think you'll use the space.
OpenSpace members benefit from cheaper rent and in return spend a few hours each month helping to run the co-op.

Deposits
Standard users pay a one off joining fee of £25. Members pay a returnable deposit of one month's rent.
