Tea & Coffee
At OpenSpace Co-operative, we believe in the country runs on a good cup of tea (or coffee). That's why we provide free tea and coffee for all our members and tenants.

Other benefits
When you’re work at OpenSpace Co-operative, there are many benefits:

Internet
Reasonable printing included
Excellent transport links and free off-street parking
Access to garden space with picnic benches and play area
Kim's Kitchen Café just next door

24/7 Building Access
By providing 24/7 Building Access, we hope to make it as easy and convenient for you to spend your valuable time and energy on what matters most: your work. All of our workspaces and plans come with this feature, so you have the freedom, flexibility and peace of mind to choose the option that best suits your needs.
COVID 19
If you're unable to work at home, and looking for a covid compliant workspace, get in touch with us!
We have a robust set of standard operating procedures to minimise the risk of transmission, and have spare desks to rent.

We are keeping everyone spread out within the office and have screens between all desks. We are currently preferring applications for 15 day or full time desks due to no longer letting people share desks.
Prices
We have a range of prices depending on how much you plan to use the space, from half a day each month up to full-time access.
Please note that we do not take one-off hotdesk bookings; all tenants submit an application and agree to a regular number of days or part days on a month-by-month contract. You can change the number of days you wish to use the space, but you’ll need to give us a month’s notice so we can get your invoicing changed. We ask for a month’s notice should you wish to stop using the space.
A further reduction is offered to OpenSpace members, in return for a few hours each month helping to run the co-op.
All facilities are included in the price, with the exception of additional keys, and large run printing costs.

OpenSpace Co-operative Ethical Policy
Cooperatives are based on the values of self-help, self-responsibility, democracy, equality, equity, and solidarity. In the tradition of their founders, cooperative members believe in the ethical values of honesty, openness, social responsibility and caring for others. (The International Co-operative Alliance). OpenSpace is open to all sorts of people and projects working in the creative, community, charitable, educational, social enterprise and environmental sectors. Applications to join are reviewed by our members to make sure everyone who works here is using the space for projects which share our values in some way.
